Refund policy

Refunds or exchanges are available if your product is damaged or you are unhappy with the quality (which we don't expect to happen as pieces are carefully crafted). Products must be returned within 2 weeks of receiving them. Email idiotsilverstudio@gmail.com to start a return. 

If you have chosen the wrong size for a custom ring, refunds or exchanges are not available as rings are made to order. 

Luckily it is easy and inexpensive to have rings resized! The quickest and cheapest way is to visit a local jeweller.
